How we use it. To review your scenario, prepare comparisons, communicate with you, provide mortgage brokerage services if you choose to proceed, and meet legal and licensing obligations.

What we never do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with competing lenders or marketing partners so they can solicit you. Your submission stays with our licensed team.

Service providers. We use vetted service providers to operate this site and our systems (secure hosting, document storage, telephone/text and email delivery, pricing engines, and analytics). They process information for us under contract and may not use it for their own marketing. If you proceed with a loan, your information is shared with the wholesale lender and settlement parties needed to originate it, which is loan fulfillment, not marketing.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting; use the unsubscribe link in any email; or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where required by law (including California residents' CCPA rights).

Security and retention. Documents are stored privately with access controls and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable record-keeping laws.
